Watch Rowan Atkinson’s famous sketch “Drunk Eng­lish in Indi­an Restau­rant”.

Make sure that you under­stand why the audi­ence laughs. If neces­sa­ry go back a few seconds and watch / lis­ten to a pas­sa­ge seve­ral times until you get the joke.

Draw con­clu­si­ons con­cer­ning the beha­viour of the Eng­lish peo­p­le from the waiter’s comm­ents and beha­viour (e.g. picking up the menu from the flo­or at 1:35). As usu­al prepa­re a short talk.
